Return Conditions
A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.
Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes to return part of the order are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Submit your return request by emailing info@elisecalifornia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.
The item must be returned entirely at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and traceability.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected for compliance with our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
