Customer Support Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Representative to join the Élise California team. In this role, you will assist customers via email with questions about orders, returns, sizing, and general inquiries. You will be the voice of our brand and play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to customer emails in a professional and warm tone

• Handle order questions, returns, and basic product support

• Work with our fulfillment team to resolve issues

What we’re looking for:

• Strong written English skills

• Customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with e-commerce or Shopify is a plus

Product & Content Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product & Content Assistant to help manage and grow the Élise California collection. You will help upload new products, write descriptions, and ensure our store always looks polished and up to date.

What you’ll do:

• Add and update products in our online store

• Write clear and engaging product descriptions

• Organize images and collections

• Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic writing and organization skills

• Interest in fashion and e-commerce

• Experience with Shopify, Canva, or content tools is a plus
